高空悬挑结构的模板支撑施工技术

摘要 金融城6#楼在35层以下(149.00 m)平面呈梯形,35层以上,补齐一个角,平面呈矩形。结构最大悬挑长度8 700 mm,为满足悬挑结构施工,在31层设置吊拉型钢平台,然后在高空吊拉型钢平台上搭设扣件式钢管支撑体系(搭设高度12.7 m),作为35层悬挑结构支撑架。文章介绍了吊拉型钢平台的设计及关键施工技术。 Building 6# of Jinrong Cheng project has the trapezoid plane under 35 floors and the rectangle plane over 35 floors. The maxium cantilever length of the structure is 8 700 mm. To meet the requirements of cantilever structure construction, the hoisting steel platform is set on the 31st floor. And the fastener-style steel pipe support system is set up there (12.7 m high), which is used as the cantilever structure support frame for the 35th floor. This paper introduces the key technologies of design and construction for the hoisting steel platform.
