摘要
针对多支点移动料斗结构形式,分析了中部支架受力情况,根据分析和计算结果选取驱动电机,并对料斗运行过程中料斗和中部支架同步控制原理进行设计,解决了大跨距状态下中部支架和料斗主体同步问题、结构运行过程中扭力导致的啃轨问题,保证了设备的同步运行。
With the structure of multi-supports mobile hopper being set as research objective, the force condition of middle bracket was explicitly analyzed. According to the analysis results, the driving motor type was determined. Through analysis and design of the synchronization control between the hopper and middle bracket in the operation process, the syn- chronization problem that presented between the middle bracket and the hopper with large span is finally solved. And exces- sive friction phenomenon that caused by the torsion force is also restrained when the structure operates. By considering the design method, synchronized operation of the whole machine was finally achieved.
