变频器调速和恒压供气应用在震源空压机中的节能解析

摘要 对震源空压机的主要能耗问题进行了分析,阐述了应用变频调速和恒压供气的震源空压机的原理、技术特点,并对比了没有应用变频调速的震源空压机的节能效果。针对以往震源空压机在供气系统中存在的缺点,新型震源空压机应用PLC与触摸屏组合作为可视化控制系统与变频器调速相结合的自动恒压供气系统,使震源空压机电动机组可以根据外部负载的变化调节转速,震源空压机实现软启动,减少了设备损耗,保障了电网使用安全,有效节约了电能。 The paper mainly focuses on major energy consumption of seismic air compressors. It elaborates the principles and technical characteristics during the application of frequency control in motor speed adjustment and the constant pressure air supply mode of the compressors. It also makes comparison with the traditional method. Being different from the traditional model, the new model adopts frequency control mode which is a kind of motor speed control system and gives out a constant pressure air supply for the seismic survey regardless the weather is rough or not. With a soft start, it reduces the running time of the parts of all compressors; ensures the security of the power grid, gives the most effective way on the usage of electricity. The effect of economizing energy after the application of variable frequency regulating velocity was appraised with the normal statistic data.
