摘要
某海上中心处理平台在生产中发现原油缓冲罐去火炬排放量巨大,且火炬伴有黑烟现象,通过对这一现象的深入分析,得出原因是高压天然气系统中的凝析油排放到低压原油缓冲罐内产生的大量闪蒸气排放到火炬,造成火炬燃烧不充分。现场人员在考虑了现有生产条件及未来平台发展的基础上制定出了天然气系统的凝析油回收改造方案,成功地解决了这一问题,同时每年可回收2.6×104m3凝析油,创造了良好的经济效益。
The operator at certain crude oil processing offshore platform found that there was lot of flash vapor discharging from crude oil surge tank to the flare, which was accompanied by black smoke. Through in-depth analysis, it was found that the flash vapor produced by discharging condensate in HP gas system to LP crude oil surge tank went into flare and resulted in insufficient combustion. Considering the existing conditions of production and future development of the platform, the field operator worked out a condensate oil recovery transformation plan for natural gas system, which successfully solved this issue, while 2.6×104 m3 condensate can be recovered per year, creating huge economic benefits.
