摘要 分析了霍尔电推进系统的电源处理单元(PPU)的需求,介绍了使用移相全桥软开关电路设计方法,实现了电源处理单元阳极电源高效率,同时通过采用FPGA设计方法,实现了数字化电源处理单元的设计,最后给出了80mN霍尔电推进系统数字化电源处理单元工程样机的实现情况,结果表明:采用软开关后电源效率得到了明显的提高,数字化控制的电源处理单元具备了参数灵活调整的功能。 The digital PPU becomes new development trend. This paper analyse the requirement of Hall electric propulsion system PPU,introduees the electric circuit design of phase-shifted full- bridge soft switch,realizes high efficiency of the PPU anode power,and achieves digital PPU by using FPGA method. At last,it introduees the EM result of PPU for 80mN Hall electric propul- sion system, and demonstrates the use of soft switch method. The results show that the PPU effi- eiency is obviously improved,and the PPU parameter quick adjust is reached.
