尾矿库尾砂扬尘治理试验研究

摘要 研究旨在通过实验室综合分析,选择出具有针对性并且方案最优的结壳试剂,采用喷洒结壳试剂使尾砂结壳的方法来进行尾砂扬尘的治理。将不同方案的结壳剂喷洒在尾砂表面,分析各试验样块的抑尘性、抗冻性、水浸性和渗透性。2%+100 g/L木质素混合溶液的配比方案是最合理的选择方案。该方法稳定可靠,试验前处理简单,得出的最优配比方案不仅可满足实验室理论研究,同时可为实际尾矿库的尾砂扬尘治理提供有力借鉴。 This research was designed to select a specific and optimal crusts agent through laboratory comprehensive analysis. And the selected crusts agent will be used to tailings crust to manage the raising dust of tailings. The different kinds of crusts agents were sprayed on the surface of tailings to analyze the dust resistance, frost resistance, water resistance and permeability of specimens. The most reasonable option is the mixed solution containing 2% + 100 g/L Lignin. The method is stable, reliable, fast and easy. Optimal ratio scheme can not only fit the theoretical research of laboratory, but also provide a powerful reference for tailings dust control actually.
