盐酸多奈哌齐联合银杏叶提取物治疗老年性痴呆疗效的Meta分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的系统性评价盐酸多奈哌齐(DPZ)联合银杏叶提取物(EGB)对老年性痴呆(SD)的临床疗效。方法检索Pub Med、VIP、中国知网和万方数据库关于DPZ与EGB联用治疗SD的资料。检索时限为2000—2015年。根据Jadad评分对纳入文献的质量进行严格评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的文献进行Meta分析。统计学分析采用Rev Man 5.3软件。结果共纳入13篇文献。Meta分析结果:DPZ/EGB联用的MMSE评分优于单用DPZ(P<0.05);DPZ/EGB联用的MMSE、ADL评分优于单用EGB(P<0.05);与单用DPZ或EGB比较,DPZ/EGB联用改善认知能力的临床疗效较好(P<0.05)。结论 DPZ/EGB联用与单用DPZ或EGB对SD认知能力的临床疗效相比有优越性,不良反应发生率方面无差异。 Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride( DPZ) combining Ginkgo biloba extract( EGB) in treatment of Senile Dementia( SD). Methods Data of DPZ combining EGB( DPZ/EGB) in treatment of SD was collected from Pub Med,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang Database. Retrieval time was from2000 to 2015. Critical evaluation and information extraction were conducted from the included papers according to Jadad score. Papers meeting the inclusion criteria in this study were statistically analyzed using Rev Man5. 3 software.Results He 13 papers were included. Compared with single use of DPZ,MMSE of DPZ/EGB was superior( P 0. 05). Compared with single use of EGB,MMSE and ADL of DPZ/EGB were superior( P 0. 05). By comparing DPZ/EGB with single use of DPZ or EGB,DPZ/EGB had better efficacy of cognitive function( P 0. 05). Conclusion Compared with single use of DPZ or EGB,DPZ combining EGB therapy had advantage in improving cognitive function for SD patients,however,there was no difference in rate of adverse event incidence.
