摘要
应用＂筋能束骨＂理论探讨第一腕掌关节桡背侧半脱位的生理、病理基础和治疗方案。是在＂筋能束骨＂理论的指导下,应用桡侧腕屈肌腱部分移植固定的方法治疗自2014年9月-2015年9月收治的第一腕掌关节桡背侧半脱位的患者5例,通过术后随访X线片,发现所有患者第一腕掌关节已完全复位,术后无再次脱位。Buck-Gramcko评分为（55.32±4.32）分,随访患者均疗效满意。故在＂筋能束骨＂理论指导下,应用桡侧腕屈肌腱部分移植固定是治疗第一腕掌关节桡背侧半脱位的有效方法,充分发扬中西医结合的思维模式一定程度上有益于疾病的诊疗。
Exploration the physiology,pathology and therapy of first carpometacarpal joint dorsal radial subluxation based on the Theory of Tendon Bundle Bone.Under the guidance of the theory of tendon bundle bone,based on anatomy,pathology and the balance of mechanical properties for tendon and bone,from September 2014 to September 2015,five patients with first radial dorsal carpometacarpal joint subluxation were treated by part grafting radial wrist flexor tendon.X-ray showed that the first carpometacarpal joint had been completely reset and dislocation does not occur again.BuckGramcko scores 55.32±4.32 points.All patients achieved satisfactory results.Applying part grafting radial wrist flexor tendon for the first carpometacarpal joint dorsal radial subluxation is an effective therapy.The traditional theory of tendon and bone has an important significance in understanding and treating first carpometacarpal joint dislocation relate to modern medicine.Taking fully advantage of the thinking model of Combination of Chinese and western will benefit diagnosis and treatment of disease.
