摘要
如何为早产儿提供一个良好的宫外照护环境、促进其康复一直是医护人员共同奋斗的目标。光照作为环境中最显而易见的因素，与人体许多生理功能都密不可分。光照周期紊乱易造成人体生物节律紊乱，影响机体各项功能。光暗循环也被称为周期性光照黑暗环境，主要为模拟外界环境昼夜交替。本文就光暗循环对早产儿的影响进行综述。
It is significant to provide an appropriate extrauterine environment for premature infants in order to promote their rehabilitation.As one of the most common factors in our daily life,light is closely related to various physiological functions and a photoperiod disorder can lead to a biological rhythm disorder,which affects the functions of the human body.The light-dark cycle （LD）is considered as a model of periodic light and dark environment in order to simulate the external environment of the day and night.This is a literature review of investigating the effect of the light-dark cycle on care environment for premature infants.
