摘要
目的：探讨延续护理服务对提高居家腹膜透析患者（PD）遵医行为和减少并发症的发生影响。方法2015年1—6月，选取107例 PD 患者作为研究对象，分为干预组（57例）和对照组（50例），对照组患者给予常规随访和指导，干预组患者除常规随访指导外，开展延续护理服务，包括健康教育、入家庭进行再评估与培训、增加随访频次、并发症预防宣教等内容。应用 SAS 9．1．3软件对两组遵医行为和并发症情况进行分析。结果干预组 PD 规范操作等遵医行为得分显著高于对照组，干预组知识及技能评分较干预前显著提高（P ＜0．05），生存曲线分析显示，并发症估计发生时间晚于对照组。结论延续护理服务可有效提高腹膜透析患者的遵医行为，减少并发症发生，延长患者生存时间，该服务模式完成了医院社区家庭护理的有效对接。
Objective To explore the continuing care in order to improve home peritoneal dialysis （PD）patients with compliance behavior,and reduce the occurrence of complications.Methods From January 2015 to June 2015,a total of 107 PD patients were divided into intervention group （n =57）and control group （n =50）.The control group patients were given regular follow-up and guidance.In addition to the regular follow-up guidance,intervention group patients were given the continuation of care service included health education,the family assessment and training,and increases the frequency of follow-up and complication prevention propaganda and education.Then we used SAS 9.1.3 software to analyze the compliance behavior and the complications between two groups.Results Compliance behavior of intervention group such as PD norm operation was significantly higher than that of control group.The score of intervention group with knowledge and skill was increased significantly （P 〈0.05）comparing before.Survival curve analysis showed that complications estimated time was later than that of the control group.Conclusions Continuing care service can improve the PD patients effectively,reduce complications and prolong the survival time.The service model completes the hospital-community-effective docking work of family care.
