摘要
文章基于广东省佛山市顺德区151家企业1 460份农民工问卷,应用Logistic回归模型并结合列联表分析,研究在控制个体、家庭、地域等因素的条件下,劳动关系对农民工入户中小城镇意愿的影响。结果发现,农民工愿意入户的比例维持在较低的水平,尽管新生代与老一代农民工愿意入户的比例相差不大,但影响入户意愿的因素存在明显的代际差异。工作自主权在全样本、新生代农民工样本中影响显著,而在老一代农民工样本中影响不显著。劳动关系满意度在全样本、新生代农民工和老一代农民工样本中的影响均显著。另外,个体、家庭、地域等因素在全样本、新老农民工样本中的影响存在差异。
Based on questionnaires received from 1 460 migrant workers of 151 enterprises in Shunde District, Foshan city in Guangdong Province, this paper studies the impact of labour relations on migrant workers' intention of getting household registrations in small and medium-sized towns by using binary logistic regression model with contingency table analysis with factors regarding person, family and region being controlled. The result shows that the proportion of migrant workers who have intentions of getting household registration in small and medium-sized towns is maintained at a low level. Even though the difference of proportion of this intention between the new and the first generation of migrant workers is not significant, there exist intergenerational differences in influencing factors of the intentions between the new and the first generation of migrant workers. Work autonomy has a significant impact in the sample of the whole and the new generation of migrant workers, but it is not significant to the sample of the first generation of migrant workers. The satisfaction of labour relationship has a significant impact in the sample of the whole, the new and the first generation of migrant workers. In addition, there also exist different factors related with person, family and region among the sample of the whole, the new and the first generation of migrant workers.
