摘要
锅炉系统多数设有连续排污和定期排污,排污冷凝液往往直接排入污水系统,很少考虑此部分水的回收利用。针对原有锅炉定期排污流程中存在的问题,提出了一种新的锅炉排污系统节能措施,不但可回收大量的排污冷凝液,节省循环冷却水补充水的用量,而且可减少污水排放量,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。
Most of boiler systems have continuous blowdown system and periodic blowdown system, blowdown condensate is often discharged directly to sewerage system, recycling this part of water is seldom considered. In connection with problems of original periodic blowdown procedure, a new energy saving measure for boiler sewerage system is proposed, not only large quantity of blowdown condensate is recovered, make-up water for circulating cooling water is saved, but also the quantity of sewage discharge is reduced, significant economic and social benefits are achieved.
