摘要
伴随着屈光晶状体的发展,屈光晶状体植入术的安全性稳步提升,术后视觉质量更趋理想。晶状体植入联合激光手术、基质环植入以及胶原交联技术进一步拓展了该术式的临床应用。而生物学测量技术可以帮助手术医生更好地筛选病例和选择晶状体。屈光晶状体植入术已成为高度近视手术的主流术式之一,为患者及医生提供了新的选择。
With the development of phakic intraocular lens, the safety of the lens implantation improves and visual quality grows better postoperatively.Lens implantation combined with laser refractive surgery, intrastromal corneal ring im-plantation or collagen cross-linking has broaden its clinical application.Meanwhile, the biometry analysis is able to help surgeons to make an appropriate selection of patients and lens type.Phakic intraocular lens implantation has become one of the major procedures to correct high myopia and provides a novel option for patients and doctors.
