摘要
目的：对舒适护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院2015年2月～2016年3月收治的80例接受腹腔镜下疝气手术治疗的患儿，按照抽签法将患儿平均分为观察组和对照组，观察组患儿接受舒适护理，对照组患儿接受常规护理，比较两组患儿护理效果。结果观察组患儿并发症发生率为5.0%，低于对照组患儿的27.5%，患儿及患儿家属护理总满意率为95.0%，高于对照组患儿及患儿家属的75.0%，以上组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用效果突出，可有效提高患儿护理满意度、降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in pediatric laparoscopic hernia operation.Methods 80 children underwent laparoscopic treatment of hernia surgery were chosen in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2016, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the draw method, patients in the observation group received comfort nursing care, patients in the control group received conventional nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications of patients in the observation group was 5.0%, lower than the control group which was 27.5%, children and families total satisfaction rate of 95.0%, higher than the control group which was 75.0%, with statistically signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application effect of comfortable nursing in pediatric laparoscopic hernia surgery is outstanding, can effectively improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications.
