摘要
目的：探讨维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘失功的护理方法。方法收集2014年1~12月我院100例动静脉内瘘患者，原发疾病分别为慢性肾炎、高血压肾病、痛风性肾病等。分为：研究组和对照组。对比：（1）两组患者静脉内瘘失功、感染、内瘘阻塞发生率。（2）两组对透析期间内瘘知识掌握情况。结果（1）研究组和对照组静脉内瘘失功、感染、内瘘阻塞发生率比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。（2）研究组和对照组对透析期间内瘘知识掌握情况比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论有效的护理措施可以延长动静脉内瘘，减少内瘘失功、感染、内瘘阻塞的发生。
ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing method of arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods100 patients with arteriovenous fistula in our hospital from January to December 2014 were collected, the primary diseases were chronic nephritis, hypertensive nephropathy, gout nephropathy, etc. They were divided into： research group （quality care to improve the function of internal ifstula） and control group （routine care） . Comparison： （1） Venous ifstula failure, infection, the incidence of internal ifstula obstruction. （2） Knowledge of internal ifstula during hemodialysis.Results （1） There were differences in the rate of loss of reactive power, infection and internal ifstula between the control group and the control group （P〈0.05） . （2） There were differences in knowledge of internal ifstula during hemodialysis between the control group and the control group （P〈0.05） .Conclusion There are many reasons for the failure of internal arteriovenous fistula. Active and effective nursing measures can be taken to prolong the arteriovenous internal ifstula, and reduce the incidence of internal ifstula, infection and obstruction.
