摘要
目的:探究螺旋CT在不同程度冠状动脉狭窄临床诊断治疗中的应用情况。方法选择我院2014年1月~2015年12月收治的56例冠状动脉狭窄患者,回顾性分析56例患者的螺旋CT诊断资料,与常规冠状动脉造影结果比较,分析螺旋CT诊断不同程度冠状动脉狭窄的准确性、特异性和敏感性及CT图像表现特征。结果螺旋CT诊断轻度、中度和重度冠状动脉狭窄的准确性分别为91.08%、93.25%、94.14%;特异性分别为95.62%、97.48%、96.47%;敏感性分别为60.72%、72.13%、75.42%;螺旋CT诊断轻度冠状动脉狭窄阳性预测值显著高于常规冠状动脉造影(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄具有较高的准确性、特异性和敏感性,可作为诊断评价冠状动脉疾病患者冠状动脉狭窄的首选方法,为患者诊断、治疗和预后提供参考依据。
Objective To explore the application of spiral CT in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of varying degree of coronary artery stenosis. Methods56 cases of patients with coronary artery stenosis in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected, diagnosis data of spiral CT was retrospective analysed, compared with the conventional coronary angiography, the accuracy, speciifcity, sensitivity and performance characteristics of CT images in the diagnosis of different level of coronary artery stenosis of spiral CT were compared.ResultsIn the diagnosis of mild, moderate and severe coronary artery stenosis, the accuracy of spiral CT were 91.08%, 93.25% and 94.14% respectively, the specificity were 95.62%, 97.48% and 96.47% respectively, the sensitivity were 60.72%, 72.13% and 75.42% respectively. The positive predictive value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of mild coronary stenosis, was signiifcantly higher than that of conventional coronary angiography (P〈0.05), the difference was statistically signiifcant. ConclusionThe accuracy, speciifcity and sensitivity are high for spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis, and can be used as a diagnostic assessment of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary artery disease in the preferred method, and provide reference basis for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients.
