摘要
目的 分析探讨手部烧伤康复护理干预模式的效果。方法 将我院2014年4月-2015年4月收治的60例手部烧伤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各30例,分别实施康复护理和常规护理。结果 实验组的畸形率3.33%（1/30）,对照组的畸形率33.33%（10/30）,两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组的日常活动评分和外观评分分别为（86.52±10.21）分和（83.09±10.25）分,均优于对照组两组对比,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 给予手部烧伤患者康复护理干预具有积极意义。
Objective Analysis and Discussion on the effect of nursing intervention mode of hand burn rehabilitation nursing.Methods In our hospital, 60 cases of hand burn patients as the research object, time of patients admitted from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group, respectively, the implementation of routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing.Results In the experimental group, the abnormality rate of 3.33% （1/30） and the control group of deformity rate of 33.33% （10 / 30） signiifcant differences （P 〈 0.05）. In the experimental group, the activities of daily living score and the score of appearance respectively （86.52±10.21）, and （83.09±10.25） points, were better than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention for patients with burn injury in hand has positive signiifcance.
