摘要
目的探讨艾迪注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将本院确诊的50例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组单纯给予化疗;治疗组给予化疗与艾迪注射液相结合治疗,15 d为1疗程,观察比较两组患者的疗效和生活质量。结果治疗组疾病控制率为84.0%,高于对照组64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生存质量改善率为68.0%,对照组为40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化疗与艾迪注射液相结合治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疗效肯定。
Objective To explore clinical effect of addie injection in treatment of advanced malignant tumor.Methods 50 cases of patients with advanced malignant tumor in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 25 cases in each group. The control group was given chemotherapy alone; The treatment group was treated with combination of chemotherapy and Addie injection, 15 d for one course of treatment, curative effect and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The control rate of disease in the treatment group was 84%, which was higher than the control group 64%, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The survival rate of the treatment group was 68%, the control group was 40%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with Addie injection in the treatment of patients with advanced malignant tumor.
