摘要
目的分析胆脂瘤型中耳炎治疗中开放式鼓室成形术联合乳突根治术治疗的应用效果。方法 80例胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者随机分成两组,40例对照组患者采用乳突根治术治疗,40例实验组患者采用开放式鼓室成形术联合乳突根治术治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组临床治疗总有效率、鼓膜愈合成活率以及干耳率方面均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者进行治疗时,开放式鼓室成形术联合乳突根治术治疗的应用效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of treatment of chronic otitis media with cholesteatoma in open tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy treatment.Methods 80 cases of cholesteatoma were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases of control group were treated with radical operation, 40 cases of experimental group were treated with open tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy treatment, compare the treatment effect of two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of clinical treatment, the survival rate of the healing of the ear drum and the rate of dry ear in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media patients, signiifcant effect of tympanoplasty with mastoidectomy treatment.
