摘要
利用有限元分析软件和多体动力学软件Excite PU对某柴油机主轴承盖进行了分析。先利用Excite PU软件对主轴承进行EHD(弹性流体动力学)分析,根据轴承受力情况,选取相应危险曲轴转角,将对应转角下的曲轴轴承载荷映射到有限元网格上,进一步使用有限元软件对主轴承盖进行强度计算。最后根据有限元分析结果,对主轴承盖的强度进行了评价。
The finite element analysis software and the software Excite PU are adopted to analyze main bearing cap of diesel engine. First,the software Excite PU is used to analyze the main bearing EHD force, then the dangerous crankshaft angles are selected based on the bearing force, and the bearing load is mapped to the finite element mesh to calculate the strength of main bearing cap by finite element analysis software. Finally the strength of main bearing cap was evaluated according to the finite element analysis results.
