摘要
采用气相色谱法测定杀螺颗粒剂中有效成分四聚乙醛的含量,以苯甲酸甲酯为内标物,使用内壁涂SE-54的毛细管柱和FDI检测器,对四聚乙醛进行含量测定。该方法的回收率在99.93%~100.50%之间,标准偏差为0.023%。试验结果表明：该方法简便快速,结果重现性好,定量准确。
Using gas chromatography for determination of Metaldehyde （which is an effective component in molhscicidal granules）, using methyl benzenecarboxylate as a internal standard, using the wall of SE-54 capillary column and FDI detector, to determine the amount of Metaldehyde. The recovery rate of this method is between 99.93%-100.50%; The standard deviation is 0.023%.
