卷取机下夹送辊横移液压阀台调定与分析

摘要 针对半无头轧制卷取机下夹送辊液压阀台不能快速泄压的问题进行了阀台的调定。在调定中,根据先导减压阀与先导溢流阀的压力变化情况,最终确定了问题的原因在于先导溢流阀中先导油的供排方式不合理。找出了同一套远程调压系统共同控制先导减压阀的减压与先导溢流阀溢流的优缺点。通过深入分析液压阀的结构与调压原理,可更好地根据调试时液压回路中各点的压力变化分析解决液压系统中存在问题。 In order to solve the problem that hydraulic valve station of the bottom pinch roll in the coiler cannot release pressure rapidly during the process of semi-endless rolling, the regulation of the valve station has been peformed ; in the regulation, according to the pressure change of the pilot reducing valve and pilot overflow valve, the cause is identified as the unreasonable pilot oil arrangement. The advantages and disadvantages for the pilot reducing valve and pilot relief vale controlled by a remote pressure control system is obtained. It is confirmed that through the in-depth analysis of the structure and principle of hydraulic valve, the problems existed in hydraulic system can be better analyzed and solved based on the pressure change of each point in the hydraulic circle during debugging.
