摘要
伴随着人口老龄化进程的加快,老年患者由于身体的机能的下降,老年人各种疾病的发病率也在逐年上升,而且老年人的病情较为复杂,有时合并有多种疾病,许多疾病常为慢性疾病,需要长期服药,因此在服药过程中较为容易产生不良反应。通过使用提升医生的专业技能,合理使用药物,合理控制药物的用量,不同的药物使用不同的给药途径等方法,可以很好地减少不良反应的发生几率。
With the acceleration of population aging process and decrease of physical functions of senile patients,the incidence rate of various diseases in senile patients gradually increases,and because the disease conditions of senile patients is complex and sometimes complicated with multiple diseases,many diseases are commonly the chronic diseases needing the long-term medication,it is easy to produce some adverse reactions in the administration course,and the occurrence probability of adverse reactions can be better reduced by improving the professional skill of doctors,rationally using drugs,rationally controlling the dosage of drugs,and adopting the different administration routes for different drugs,which is worth clinical promotion and application in clinic.
