数字化快速成型技术在制作口腔修复体矫正口腔中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨数字化快速成型技术在制作口腔修复体矫正口腔中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月前来该院就诊的口腔科患者共143例,依据患者的选择意愿分作常规组与实验组。对常规组选用传统常规口腔修复体制作方法进行治疗,实验组使用3D立体喷墨印刷技术制作口腔修复体。治疗结束后,比较两组的治疗效果及满意度问卷调查。结果实验组患者经治疗后,显效率为81.71%,总有效率为97.56%,均高于常规组患者,将两组总有效率进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查的结果显示,实验组患者对治疗效果的满意程度、经治疗后牙齿及口腔的舒适程度、口腔修复体的匹配程度与患者对治疗后生活质量的评价均高于常规组患者,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用3D立体喷墨印刷技术制作口腔修复体矫正口腔,治疗效果显著且有利于提高患者的预后生活质量。 Objective To study the application effect of digital rapid prototyping technique in making the oral cavity repairbody for oral correction.Methods 143 cases of patients diagnosed in the department of stomatology in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the choice willingness,the routine group adopted the traditional and routine oral cavity repair body for treatment,while the experimental group adopted the 3d stereo ink-jet printing for making the oral cavity repair body,at the end of treatment,The treatment effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the markedly effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 81.71% and 97.56% in the experimental group,which were higher than those in the routine group,and there were statistical differences in the total effective rate between the two groups,P〈0.05,the questionnaire results showed that the satisfactory degree to treatment effect,teeth and oral comfort degree after treatment and matching degree of oral cavity body and evaluation of patients to quality of life after treatment in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group,and there were statistical differences by comparison,P〈0.05.Conclusion The treatment effect of 3d stereo ink-jet printing for making the oral cavity repair body for oral correction is obvious,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
