摘要
目的探讨128排螺旋CT在头颈动脉应用效果。方法选取2015年8月—2016年4月于该院进行头颈动脉CT检查的120位受试者作为研究对象,另将同期采用常规仪器进行CT检查的120位患者作为对照组,回顾性分析受试者的病例及CT检查结果,根据评分标准对CT影像的图像质量进行评分。结果观察组:评分为3分的受试者为88例,占73%;评分为2分的受试者为22例,占18%;评分为1分的受试者为9例,占8%;评分为0分的受试者为1例,占1%。对照组:评分为3分的受试者为34例,占28%;评分为2分的受试者为35例,占29%;评分为1分的受试者为40例,占33%;评分为0分的受试者为11例,占9%。观察组与对照组的图像质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 128排螺旋CT在头颈动脉应用中具有高准确率、高效率的特性。
Objective To study th eapplication effect of 128multislice spiral CT in the head and neck artery. Methods 120 cases of subjects with head and neck ar tery CT examination in our hospi tal from August 2015 to Apr il 2016 were selected as the research objects, and 120 cases of pat ients with routine ins trument CT examination at the same period were selected as the control group, and the subject case and CT examination results were retrospectively analyzed, and the imaging quality of CT image was scored according to the scoring criterion. Results In the observation group, 3 marks were in 88 cases , account ing for 73%, 2 marks were in 22 cases , account ing for 18%, 1 mark was in 9 cases , account ing for 8%, 0 mark was in 1 case, account ing for 1%. In the control group, 3 marks were in 34 cases , account ing for 28%, 2 marks were in 35 cases, account ing for 29%, 1 mark was in 40 cases , account ing for 33%, 0 mark was in 11 case, account ing for 9%, and there was an obvious difference in the imaging quality between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of 128mul tis lice spiral CT in the head and neck ar tery has the features of high accurate rate and high efficiency.
