摘要
社区图书馆的建设与发展适应时代发展,对推动文化事业的繁荣起着重要的作用。本文首先分析了社区图书馆服务主体多元化的背景,其次从双重视角剖析了公众参与社区图书馆服务的作用,最后针对社会公众参与社区图书馆服务,提出兼职为主、专职为辅;义务为主、报酬为辅;主动参与为主、严格管理为辅的三种模式。
The construction and development of community library adapts to the development of the times, which plays an important role in promoting the prosperity of cultural undertakings. Firstly, the paper analyzes the subject diversification background of community library,s services, which mainly refers to the public volunteer partic-ipation in community library,s services. The function of public participation in community library services is analyzed from double perspectives. Finally, the paper puts forward three modes which are part - time job mainly and full - time job as a supplement, obligation mainly and reward as a supplement, as well as active participation mainly and strict management as a supplement to form a service subject with dynamic cycle and organic whole.
