摘要
现代学徒制在国内外酒店职业教育中已有高校试点探索,在积累了一定经验的同时也存在一些问题。校店一体化育人模式,因其稳固的校企关系,为不少国内外高校所借鉴,但国内尚无现代学徒制尝试。南京旅游职业学院在吸收国内外酒店管理专业现代学徒制培养经验的基础上,以其教学酒店为人才孵化平台,拟围绕培养模式、招生方式、课程体系、双导师配备、共同考评等方面进行校店一体化现代学徒制探索。
