高低杠“凌洁转体”技术要领及训练方法研究

摘要 "凌洁转体"的全称为"反吊向前大回环单臂转体360度成反吊",被国际体操联合会定为E组难度。通过曾经的高低杠世界冠军和"凌洁转体"的创始人的自身实践经历,总结出了坚持"两快、两晚、一早"、做好"顶、跳、绷"的关键技术要领和上肢素质、反吊大回环技术、扭臂倒立转体技术训练的"三步法",目的是为了帮助其他教练员和运动员更好地掌握动作技术,科学施训。 Lingjie Trunk rotation,called eagle forward swing single armed trunk rotation 360,is fixed by International Gymnastic Federation as E group difficulty. Through the personal experience of the former world champion in high-low bar and the creator of Lingjie,a Three-step approach is summarized in the paper as the following key technical essentials,two fast,two slow,one early,mandril,jump,taut,and upper limbs,eagle swing technique,hammer lock handstand body rotation training,The aim of that is to help more coaches and sportsmen to grasp action technology and put it into practice in training scientifically.
