摘要
采用平均应力法对金属平垫片应力分布进行研究,运用有限元软件,建立了螺栓法兰结构的三维有限元模型,模拟了法兰结构的预紧-加载过程,分析了垫片应力和螺栓力分布及变化规律,以垫片的泄漏承载能力为指标,分析了垫片应力同螺栓力的关系,给出了金属平垫片应力同螺栓里的关系模型,对于保障金属平垫片螺栓法兰接头的正常运行具有重要的指导作用。
The contact stress along width direction of gaskets was investigated by the stress averaging method. The preload and loading process of the bolts are simulated by the 3-D finite element model established by finite element analysis software. The distribution and rule of stresses in the gasket and bolts are analyzed. The load bearing capacity of the leakage is an important index of the gasket. And then, the maximum load fluctuations of bolted flange joint are given and to guide the service condition monitoring of bolted flange structure. Therefore,it is of great significance to analysis the stress of the bolted flange joints to guarantee normal operation.
