摘要
针对我国煤矿CDM项目实施情况,首先,对CDM项目数量自批准、注册和签发3个方面进行统计分析;其次,对每个项目各省市分布情况进行分析;再者,对项目实施采用的技术进行分析;最后,系统分析这5个方面存在的问题,提出了新老CDM项目在第二承诺期实施的对策。
The writer makes the statistics and analysis of the data and facts from 5 viewpoints since the implement of CDM projects in China＇s coal mining industry. Firstly,analyzing the quantities of coal CDM projects approved by the Chinese government,and the quantities both registered and issued by the EB. Secondly,analyzing the distribution situation of CDM projects in each province. Thirdly,making an analysis of the technology adopted. Finally,systematically analyzing current reason of the five points. The writer at last suggests the countermeasures for implementing the old or new coal CDM projects in the second commitment period.
