摘要
某厂碱解反应产生大量含氨尾气,采用水吸收和蒸汽解吸的方法回收氨,本文介绍了氨回收的工艺流程,应用ASPEN PLUS模拟分析氨回收过程,提出三段吸收、用冷冻盐水将脱盐水温度降至5℃,可保证排放尾气达到环保要求;通过比较分析确定了中压蒸汽直接汽提的解吸工艺为最优方案。
Kakaline reaction produces a lot of exhaust gas containing ammonia in pesticide factory. The ammonia can be recovered in a way of absorption by water and steam stripping desorption. This article introduces the process flow of ammonia recovery. The ASPEN PLUS software is used to simulate and analyze the process of ammonia recovery. In order to make exhaust gas meeting emission standard, three section absorption method is applied. And temperature of desalted water is cooled to 5℃ by brine in the first absorption. Desorption of MP steam direct stripping, which is the optimal process project, is determined by comparison and analysis.
