摘要
天然气净化厂生产中产生的浓盐水,一般都是作为清洁下水直接排放或采用回注地层的方式,但浓盐水直接排放既增加了污水排污总量,又增加了新鲜水耗量,采用回注地层的方式,可能破坏原有的水质结构,存在影响地下水及污染地表水的风险。磨溪天然气净化二厂采用蒸发结晶工艺对浓盐水进行处理,首次实现了净化厂污水"零排放"。文章重点介绍了多效蒸发结晶脱盐工艺及其运行情况,对存在的问题提出优化建议。
Natural gas purification plant produced brine, usually as clean water is discharged directly or reinjection formation, but the concentrated brine discharged directly both increased total sewage discharge, and the consumption of fresh water, by the way of reinjection formation, may undermine the original water structure, exist the risk of groundwater influence and surface water pollution. The Moxi natural gas purification 2nd plant using evaporation crystallization process for the treatment of concentrated brine, for the first time to achieve the purification plant sewage "zero discharge". The paper focuses on the multi evaporation desalination process and its operation, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for the existing problems.
