摘要
建设创新型国家,需要创新人才为支撑,创新人才培养的核心是创新思维。大学生是创新人才培养的生力军,培养大学生创新思维对建设创新型国家、塑造创新精神和推行创新素质教育具有重要意义。然而大学生创新思维的培养不是一蹴而就的,会受到个人素质、所受教育、学校教育模式以及创新文化等因素的影响。因此建议各高校做到更新教育观念、改革管理模式、营造良好校园文化等工作,为更好培养大学生创新思维做准备。
