摘要
尝试用电镀含铬污泥与电镀焦铜废水反应,去除废水中的总磷和总铜。烧杯试验表明,当泥水比大于1.0时,焦铜废水的总铜和总磷去除率均大于99%。在模拟升流式反应器中,当泥水比大于0.8时,出水总铜、总磷具有较高的去除率。焦铜废水与含铬污泥反应后的出水pH变化明显。初步探讨了相关的反应机理。
An attempt was made to treat pyrophosphate copper electroplating wastewater by using chromium-containing sludge for the removal of total phosphorus and copper from the wastewater. The removal rates of total phosphorus and copper are higher than 99% when testing in a beaker at a sludge-to-wastewater ratio 〉1.0 and remain relatively high in a simulated upflow reactor when the sludge-to-wastewater ratio is above 0.8. The pH change of the effluent from the reaction of pyrophosphate copper electroplating wastewater and chromium-containing electroplating sludge is obvious. The related reaction mechanism was oreliminarilv discussed.
