摘要
以焊接线能量、预热温度和管线钢厚度为焊接工艺参数变量,对X80管线钢焊接热影响区硬度和冲击功进行了回归统计模型预测,并与实测值进行了对比分析。结果表明,采用预测模型可以较好的预测出焊接热影响区的显微硬度,一次回归方程置信度达到99%。当t8/5从5 s上升至25 s时,焊接冲击功的模拟计算值与实测值较好地吻合。不同焊接工艺下的焊接热影响区显微组织为粒状贝氏体+针状铁素体,但是晶粒尺寸和均匀性存在差异。
In order to study the influence of welding line energy,preheating temperature and thickness of pipeline steel on the microhardness and impact energy of weld heat affected zone of X80 pipeline steel,the prediction of the properties was conducted based on a regression model and the results were compared with the measured values.The results show that the prediction model can predict the microhardness of weld heat affected zone,and the confidence level of a regression equation is 99%.When t8/5from 5 s to 25 s,the simulation results are in good agreement with the measured values.
