摘要 本文建立了测定燃料油和润滑油样品中Al、Ba、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Pb、Zn 9种微量金属元素的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)。实验探讨了油样的微波消解及ICP-OES测定条件。优化条件下方法加标回收率为93%-102%,相对标准偏差(RSD)〈3%(n=7)。该方法准确、灵敏,适用于燃料油和润滑油中微量金属元素的分析测定。 Microwave digestion was investigated as the most efficient method for oil pre-treatment by comparing with extraction,wet digestion,hyperbaric oxygen bomb and ashing digestion in terms of the recovery,precision and efficiency.Nine trace metal elements in fuel oil and lubricating oil were detected by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The optimum operating conditions were established by the orthogonal experimental method.The spiked recoveries were in the range of 93%-102% and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=7)were no more than 3%.The method was efficient,accurate and sensitive,suitable for the detection and confirmation of trace metal elements in the fuel oil and lubricating oil.
