不规则综放面设计及切眼对接技术应用研究

摘要 综采工作面布置受客观地质条件影响限制,特别是综采工作面不规则布置,会给生产过程中带来许多技术难题。双祥分公司在2105工作面设计过程中,采取沿断层、保护煤柱边界布置工作面的方法,形成了需要进行切眼对接的不规则综放工作面,同时通过计算支架数量、支架存放设计与切眼对接施工控制等技术,实现了2105不规则综放工作面的顺利对接与连续生产,并形成了针对不规则综放工作面的一套科学有效的技术管理体系与方法。 The layout of the fully-mechanized coal mining face is limited by the objective geological condition,the irregular arrangement of the fully-mechanized mining face brings many technical problems. When designing 2105 working face,the method of laying out working face along the boundary of faults and protective coal pillar was applied in Shuangxiang Branch Company,and irregular fully-mechanized coal mining face which needs to carry out cutting hole abutting joint was formed. With the application of calculating the number of supports,supports store way and open-off cut docking technology,smooth docking and continuous production of 2105 irregular fullymechanized coal mining face has been realized. Finally,it has formed a set of scientific and effective technology management system and method for the irregular arrangement of the fully-mechanized mining face.
