摘要
因原有实验装置使用年限太久、仪器设备老化、技术落后等原因已不能满足实验教学改革和发展的要求,通过对离心泵性能实验设备的综合改造,提高其综合性、操作性、多样性及比较性,实现了手动测量和自动测量的一体化操作设备,实现了单泵测量、双泵串联和双泵并联的多种测量模式。通过几年实践表明,改造后的实验设备满足了实验教学和科研的要求。
Because the original experimental device used for fixed number of year is too long,aging equipment, technological backwardness and so on, it has been unable to meet the requirements of experimental teaching reform and the development in colleges and universities. Through the comprehensive transformation of the centrifugal pump performance test equipment, this article improves the comprehensiveness, operability, diversity and comparability. The manual measurement and automatic measurement of the integrated operation of equipment can realize to achieve the measurement of single pump, double pump series and parallel double pumps of various measurement modes. Through several years of practice, it can meet the requirements of experimental teaching and scientific research in colleges and universities.
