摘要
对装配式钢丝网架夹芯保温外墙大板(简称"BPS外墙大板")的吊装和连接节点设计进行了研究分析,指出BPS外墙大板的吊装和连接节点设计应充分考虑面板次弯矩的影响。并提出BPS外墙大板预埋件与钢丝网架直接可靠连接的全新设计方法、墙板与主体结构新型的下承全干式连接方法以及预埋件加强措施,并结合工程案例验证了本文研究成果的正确性和有效性。
Research on the lift point and connection design of the big prefabricated steel mesh sandwich external wall panel( the BPS wall panel for short) was carried out. It pointed out that the lift point and connection design should fully consider the secondary moment affect in the surface panel. Then a brand new built-in fitting design idea in which was the lift point and connection connected to the steel mesh frame reliably,new bottom-bearing-dry connection method to structure,and strengthen structure in built-in fitting were put forward. And a typical BPS wall panel application was carried out to verify the idea and method in this paper accurate and valid.
