摘要
塔式起重机在受载过程中,其耳板发生断裂.为明确其断裂机制,对耳板件进行了显微组织和断口形貌观察、材料力学性能测试和有限元数值分析.结果表明:耳板材料性能满足设计要求,耳板的断裂形式为疲劳断裂,裂纹萌生于耳板内侧转折处;有限元分析得到了耳板与主弦杆的焊接构件在耳板内侧转折处存在明显的应力集中.改进主弦杆端部与耳板间的焊接方式,可以改善其应力分布状况,减小应力集中,从而有效降低构件的断裂风险.
Under load process,its ear plate portions of a tower crane is broken.To explore the mechanism of fracture,a series of tests were performed to the failure parts,such as metallurgical analysis and scanning electron microscopy observation and extension test and finite element analysis.The results show that the ear plate material properties meets the design requirements,and ear plate fracture is in the form of fatigue fracture,crack initiation in the inner turning area of the ear plate.Finite element analysis results show that the ear plate and main chord welding structure of obvious stress concentration at the inner side of the turning point of the ear plate.Improving the welding manner of the ear plate and main chord can improve the stress distribution and reduce the stress concentration,avoiding the fatigue fracture.
