摘要
制造业服务化作为制造企业转型的发展趋势,能够整合价值链,提升产业竞争力和盈利水平,但服务化对于个体制造企业而言是有风险的,并不是所有的企业都适合进行服务化。制造企业在进行服务化的过程中,要结合自身状况和所处的市场地位,加强组织目标管理。通过构建柔性的组织制度,降低组织变革成本等方式,与市场这种资源配置方式形成竞争,促进我国制造企业的转型。
Service -oriented manufacturing as a manufacturing enterprise transformation and development trend, to be able to integrate the value chain, and enhance the level of industrial competitiveness and profitability, but servitization for individual manufacturing enterprises is risky, and not all businesses are suitable for a service. Manufacturing enterprises in the process of service, to combine their own situation and the market position, to deter- mine the size and scope of the service. Through the construction of flexible organizational system, reduce the cost of organizational change and other ways, and the market allocation of resources to form a competitive, and promote the manufacturing enterprise transformation.
