摘要
采用离子色谱法直接测定聚偏二氯乙烯中的氯离子含量。样品用80℃水浴提取30min后,经IonPacAG11保护柱和IonPacAS11分离柱分离,以20mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制电导器检测。氯离子线性范围为0.05—1mg/L,相关系数(r2)大于0.999。以信噪比(S/N)为3确定检出限,氯离子的检出限为0.01mg/L,回收率为84.0%~101.0%,
An ion chromatography method was presented to determine chloride ion content in PVDC. Samples were extracted with water at 80℃ for 30 min, Ion Pac AGll (protective column) and Ion Pac ASll (separation column) were used for separation and 20 mmol/L KOH solution was used as eluant. Inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. The chloride ion linear range was 0.05 - 1 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient (r2) was more than 0. 999. While the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N) was 3, detection limit of chloride ion was 0.01 mg/L, and the recovery rate was from 84.0% to 101.0%.
