摘要
泉州顺势而为建设"海丝"先行区,既有优势,也存在劣势,建设"海丝"先行区要取得更大成就,在策略上,应凸出文化与华侨的优势,在经济与文化的统筹中推进先行区建设;应在海丝文化历史继承与现实创新中推进先行区建设,强化文化的融合与品牌效应;应在内强与外拓的过程中推进先行区建设,既在泉州经济转型的过程中大力发展泉州的新兴产业以增强对外经济文化贸易的后劲,又努力开拓内陆省市的市场,通过立体交通的升级以增强泉州的比较优势,对应于策略的现实路径也应是多维。
