摘要
非正式学习作为一种重要的学习方式,自产生以来就引起了成人教育学者们的浓厚兴趣,它以灵活性和自主性等特征著称,能让学习者随时随地学习。而教师日常工作、生活中存在大量的非正式学习,对其专业发展产生了重要影响。研究发现,非正式学习能提高和丰富教师的专业技能,增进教师的专业情意。可以通过营造非正式学习的氛围,鼓励教师多元化学习,加强教师自我反思的能力和打造学习共同体四项举措,提升教师的非正式学习能力,助推教师的专业发展。
The informal learning is an important way of learning,and it has attracted scholars of adult education.With its flexibility and autonomy,it is adaptable for learners to achieve effective learning anytime and anywhere.The informal learning enriches teachers in daily work,life and professional development.Therefore,an environment needs building for informal learning for the sake of the teacher development and self reflections.
