摘要
在介绍全钒液流电池的工作原理及技术特点的基础上,分析了电池储能调峰电站在大连地区的应用前景及必要性,通过投资估算确定相应的电价政策以实现储能电站在电力系统中应用的示范性和可行性,提出将大连储能电站的工程规模暂定为200 MW/800 MW·h,收益按7%考虑,经营期容量电价为2 481元/kW,15年可收回固定成本。
On the basis of introducing the working principle and technical characteristics of all vanadium redox flow battery,this paper analyzed the application prospect and the necessity of battery energy storage power station in Dalian,realized the demonstration and feasibility of the application of energy storage power station in power system by means of electrovalence policy through the investment estimation.The scale of Dalian project is tentatively set for200 MW/800 MW·h,revenue by 7%,the electricity price of the operating period is 2 481yuan/kW,15 years to recover the fixed cost.
