摘要
文章主要研究运用CATIA中的"DMU运动机构"和"知识工程"模块,分别对乘用车常用的双十字轴万向节转向系统和三十字轴万向节转向系统的运动仿真模型进行参数化设计。此次设计节省了转向系统仿真分析和布置校核工作中的建模时间,避免重复建模,提高了工作效率,缩短了研发周期。
This paper mainly studies on the "DMU movement mechanism" and "knowledge engineering" modules during CATIA usage. It conducts parameterization design of motion simulation model respectively for double cross universal joint steering system and trinal cross universal joint steering system which are commonly used on passenger vehicles. This design can save modeling time for steering system simulation and verification, avoid modeling repetition, improve work efficiency, and shorten development cycle.
