摘要
采用母粒添加注射机及共混熔融方式,在聚己内酰胺(PA 6)切片中加入防霉除味母粒,通过异形及低温纺丝技术制备出长效防霉除味吸湿 PA 6纤维,对其生产工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:在纺丝温度250-252℃,侧吹风速度0.40-0.50 m/min,纺丝速度4000-4200 m/min,采用十字异形喷丝板,组件起始压力13 MPa,加弹速度600-650 m/min,上油率1.4%-1.8%时,生产稳定性较好,生产的78 dtex/24 f PA 6假捻变形丝具有良好的力学性能及防霉、除味、吸湿性能;纤维断裂强度4.12 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率30.1%,防霉等级1级,氨气消除率99%,醋酸消除率95%,水滴扩散面积10.8 cm^2/min,织物芯吸高度12.4cm/h。
A long-acting mildewproofing deodorant hygroscopic polycaprolactam (PA 6) fiber was prepared by melt blending a mildewproofing deodorant agent with PA 6 chip on a masterbatch injection machine via low-temperature profile spinning process . The production process was discussed .The results showed that the production proceeded smoothly under the conditions as fol -lowed:spinning temperature 250-252 ℃, cross air speed 0.40-0.50 m/min, spinning speed 4 000-4 200 m/min, cross profiled spinneret, initial pressure of spinning pack 13 MPa, texturing speed 600-650 m/min, oil pick up 1.4%-1.8%;the obtained 78 dtex/24 f PA 6 draw textured yarn exhibited favorable mechanical properties and mildewproofing deodorant hygroscop -ic properties, comprising the breaking strength 4.12 cN/dtex, elongation at break 30.1%, mildewproofing grade 1, ammonia re-moval rate 99%, acetic acid removal rate 95%, droplet diffusion area 10.8 m^2/min, fabric core suction height 12.4 cm/h.
