摘要
论文根据2009-2014年湖北省浠水县水产健康养殖实践与现状,从经济、社会、生态三个方面构建了水产健康养殖综合效益评价指标体系,采用熵值法计算浠水县水产健康养殖的综合效益和经济、社会、生态效益的评价值,年均增长分别为35.0%、47.4%、24.9%和18.3%。通过分析三个效益的变化规律,揭示了全面推进水产健康养殖对区域经济社会发展、生态文明建设、农民增产增收等方面的重要作用。并针对水产健康养殖可持续发展问题提出了对策建议,旨在为主管部门制定现代渔业政策提供参考。
According to the practice and situation of health aquaculture in Xishui County of Hubei Province from 2009 to 2014, this article founds an index system based on three aspects of economy, society and ecology. Then we adopt entropy method to calculate the comprehensive efficiency of fishery in Xishui County as well as the efficiencies on economy, society and environment, which have the average annual growth of 34.9%, 47.3%, 24.9% and 18.3% respectively. Through the analysis of these efficiencies, the results indicate that the comprehensive implement and promotion of health aquaculture can drive the development of economy, society and ecology, such as the increase of peasants＇ income. This article also puts forward proposals in terms of sustainable development of health aquaculture in order to give helpful suggestions for policies making.
