摘要
中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)修订了CNAS-CL17《检测和校准实验室能力认可准则在玩具检测领域的应用说明》,对该应用说明2006版和2015版两个版本进行了比较和解读,发现2015版在人员、方法、设备、质量保证和结果报告等方面作了更加详细的规定,要求更为严格。解读内容可帮助相关人员对新版应用说明进行正确理解及规范执行,有助于玩具检测实验室建立更高效完善的质量管理体系。
CNAS-CL17 Guidance on the Application of Testing and Calibration Laboratories Competence Accreditation Criteria in the Field of Toy Testing was revised by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment （CNAS）. The two versions of the guidance （2006 version and 2015 version） were compared and interpreted. It was found that more contents and more stringent requirements were stipulated in 2015 version, such as personnel, method, equipment, quality guarantee, result report and so on. The interpretation could help the related personnel to correctly understand and regularly execute the new application guidance, and help the toy testing laboratories to enhance the quality control capabilities and establish a more efficient and perfect quality management system.
