摘要
为探讨加味痛泻要方内服配合中药脐疗治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征（IBS-D）的临床疗效，将56例IBS-D患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各28例，观察组患者予加味痛泻要方内服加中药脐疗，对照组患者予匹维溴胺片加蒙脱石散内服。对比2组患者治疗前后腹痛、腹泻次数和粪便性状评分，以及总体疗效。结果显示，观察组治疗后腹痛、腹泻次数、粪便性状评分均明显低于对照组，P〈0．05；而且观察组总有效率（26／28，92．9％）明显高于对照组（22／28，78．6％），P〈0．05。结果表明，加味痛泻要方内服配合中药脐疗治疗IBS—D疗效确切。
This study was to explore the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang （prescription of importance for diarrhea with pain plus other ingredients） of oral administration combined with Chinese drug umbilical therapy for diarrhea-dominated irritable bowel syndrome（IBS-D） ;divided 56 cases of IBS-D into observation group and control one,28 cases for each;gave Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang of oral administration plus Chinese drug umbilical therapy to the former,while gave Pinaverium bromide tablets plus Montmorillonite powder of oral administration to the latter.Then the frequency of abdominal pain ＆ diarrhea,the score on fecal character and the whole efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.As resuits,after treatment,in the frequency of abdominal pain,diarrhea and the score on fecal character,the former was significantly lower than the latter （P 〈0.05）;and in the whole efficacy, the former （26/28, 92.9 % ） was significantly higher than the latter（22/28,78.6 % ）, （ P 〈0.05）.In conclusion, Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang of oral administration combined with Chinese drug umbilical therapy for IBS-D has certain efficacy.
